The Famous Wall Drug Store
Margaret and I had lots of fun walking around Wall Drug Store yesterday. There is so much to see that it took all day just to visit all the little shops and exhibits. As you can see, we came across a couple of people that took us under their wings so no one would take advantage of a couple of green horns from Oregon. One of the main exhibits is the life size T. Rex that wakes up every twelve minutes. Sort of impressive when you are standing next to him.
This morning Margaret got up and cooked me a really nice breakfast. Hard to believe that she has been putting up with me for forty long years. With the Lord's blessings, maybe we will make it another forty years....Ha Ha Ha Ha!!
We are getting ready to take off for a tour of the Bad Lands of South Dakota. We are taking a ice cooler full of water and pop to last us on the sixty mile trip. I will take plenty of pictures to post later.
I looked up Wall Drug on the internet. Looks like a very interesting place to visit.Have a Great Anniversary.
