Wisdom from the Hebrew Talmud

This is written in the Hebrew Talmud, the book where all of the sayings and preaching of Rabbis are conserved over time. It says:

Be very careful if you make a woman cry
because God counts her tears.

Every tear a woman shed is equivalent
of man’s sacrifices in life.

The woman came from a man’s rib,
not on his feet to be stepped on;
not on his head to be superior,
but on his side to be equal.

Under his arms to be protected &
near his heart to be loved.

  1. I thought this was pretty interesting because back in the early days before Christ, women weren't treated to well by men. But it looks like God's people were instructed otherwise.

  2. For which I am Thankful. Too bad that still isn't true with some people. If they only knew......God will get them! No threat, just fact. God is so Good! Keep the Faith!
