Today Margaret and I will have been married for forty-two years. I am so blessed by God that we will be able to celebrate this day together. Sometimes it seems like time goes by so fast, but it really doesn't matter when you are with someone that you love. We will be heading out this morning on a sightseeing tour of Antelope, Clarno, Fossil, and the John Day Fossil Beds. After that I am going to take my sweetheart out to dinner in Madras. We visited the Crooked River Gorge yesterday. Just looking down over the edge (over 300 feet) made me a little woozy.
We will be heading out to Bend tomorrow morning where we will be visiting with Bonnie and Roy. Hopefully we will be able to see all the other relatives in Bend, but I think Martha and Jim are out of town on a camp trip with the kids.
After we leave Bend, we will be camping at the Diamond Lake RV Park until Friday morning, then we will be heading home. This has been a really great month to travel and we enjoyed a lot of sights in Washington and Oregon.
